77Paws Shipping Policy

(Effective Feb 2026)

At 77Paws, we ship nationwide! We stock over 99% of our products in our own warehouse to ensure fast dispatch and quick delivery to your door.

📦 General Delivery Information

  • Authority to Leave: By default, all deliveries are set to "authority to leave." If you aren't home, our courier will leave your package in a safe spot, if there is no safe place to leave your parcel, our courier can redeliver your parcel on the next available run.

  • Australia Post: If your order is shipped via Australia Post and no safe spot is available, it will be taken to the nearest post office for collection.

  • Signatures: If you prefer to sign for your parcel, please leave a note on your order at checkout or contact our customer service team.

  • By selecting ATL, you acknowledge that once the parcel is left at your address, 77Paws is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.

⚡ 2-Hour Delivery Service (Testing Period)

Need your pet supplies in a hurry? Our 2-Hour Delivery Service uses Uber Courier to get your order to you quickly.

Service Rules:

  • Eligibility: Available for customers within 10km of our stores.

  • Stock Availability: Only items available at your local store qualify. Orders containing items from multiple locations may not be eligible.

  • Order Cut-Off Times:

    • Monday – Friday: Order by 4:00 PM.

    • Saturday – Sunday: Order by 5:00 PM.

    • Orders placed after these times will be processed the next business day.

  • Note: Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. If the courier cannot complete the delivery, re-delivery fees may apply.

2-Hour Delivery Rates:

  • Orders $199.00 and over: FREE

  • Orders $99.00 – $189.99: $9.95

  • Orders Under $99.00: $15.95

 

 

🚛 77Paws Refrigerated Express (Sydney Local Delivery)

We run our own local refrigerated delivery service for Sydney customers to ensure the best care for your orders. Our vehicles are running under controlled temperature, to reduce unnecessary packaging and waste we do not put in ice packs, however if you wish to have ice packs, please put in a note and our team members will be more than happy to provide it.

Delivery Timing:
As our own delivery schedule may vary, we are unable to guarantee fixed delivery days. However, we always aim to arrange deliveries as early as possible.

  • For weekday deliveries, they will generally take place after 5:30 PM (excluding Public Holidays)
  • For weekend deliveries, they will usually occur during the daytime

Delivery Notification:
You will receive an email notification prior to delivery with relevant details. All delivery information will be sent via email, from planning to delivery.
A text message will also be sent once your order has been delivered.

  • Redelivery: If we cannot find a safe place to leave the parcel or contact you, the items will be returned to our warehouse. You can pick them up for free or schedule a redelivery for an $8.00 fee.

  • Under 5kg (Orders under $199): $19.90

  • Over 5kg (Orders under $199): Base $12.70 + $1.50 per kg (min. $19.90)

  • Under 10kg (Orders over $199): FREE

  • Over 10kg (Orders over $199): Base $12.70 + $1.50 per kg (min. $19.90)

Note: For Distant State Remote areas (WA Country, NT, TAS), shipping is calculated at standard Australia Post rates at checkout.

$12.95 Flat for small parcels(Order weight under 5KG) 

Calculated rate apply for larger parcels.
